Terms of Service

To access certain features (register for tournaments, create events, manage clubs, or post content), you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Minimum age: You must have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction.
• One person, one account: Do not share accounts or impersonate others.
• Security: Use a strong password and keep devices secure.

You retain ownership of content you submit (texts, images, tournament information, rules, schedules, results). By submitting content, you grant Keilo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license.

• No unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic content.
• No infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No spam, scams, or malware.

Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of tournament details (dates, locations, rules, fees), participant management, on-site safety, and compliance with local regulations. Keilo provides software tools to publish, manage, and record tournaments but does not itself host or insure events.

• Ensure venues, insurance, permits, and safety protocols meet local legal requirements.
• Publish clear participation rules, scoring, and dispute procedures.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to participants.

If you collect entry fees or sell tickets via external services (e.g., HelloAsso, Stripe, or organizer-managed channels), those transactions are governed by the respective payment provider's terms. Keilo is not a merchant of record and does not handle disputes or chargebacks between organizers and participants.

• Refunds and cancellations are determined by the organizer's policy.
• Any taxes, fees, or invoicing are the organizer's responsibility.

All users agree to fair play and respectful behavior, both online and at events. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, or falsifying results may result in removal from events and suspension of platform access.

The Keilo name, logo, and platform features are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to access the service, no rights are granted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform or its components without prior written permission.

We process personal data to provide Keilo. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights.

• Organizers who process participant data through Keilo are independent controllers for that information. They must have a lawful basis and comply with applicable data-protection law (including GDPR where it applies).

Keilo relies on third-party services to operate (such as hosting, authentication, mapping, analytics, or payment tools). Some features may open external websites or apps (for example organizer ticketing or club links). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, not ours.

• By using Keilo, you accept that these integrations are part of how the service works and that we do not control third-party content, availability, or policies.
• To the extent permitted by law, Keilo is not responsible for third-party services. Your reliance on them is at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keilo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or event-related injuries, incidents, or losses. Organizers are solely responsible for their events.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, harm other users, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

These terms are governed by applicable law in your country of residence unless mandatory law specifies otherwise. Any disputes shall be brought before competent courts having jurisdiction over our registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
